F16 pulse king🤔

Featured Replies

Howdy y’all…just been viewing this little gadget….the F16 pulse king has got many rave reviews….it attaches to the battery and helps clear calcification for longer battery life.

anybody got any thoughts on it?.🤔

really !!! 🤣

From what I know, if the car is used regularly then it shouldn't need anything like this.

My bike is rarely used so I use a maintenance charger to keep the battery in good condition. Build up of Sulphates or whatever only really occurs if the battery isn't being used (don't know exact detail as I read about it many years ago)

Old school Vaseline

Supposedly reduces sulphation. Somehow outputs a small voltage pulse through the same cables that it's getting its 12v DC from. Seems unlikely, but I'm not an expert.

According to their marketing it will make your aircon colder - that seems impossible rather than unlikely... and based on this claim I can't believe anything else they say, I'm afraid.

I agree with Frembit's post above.

hang on while i scrape myself off the floor, do we really need colder air-can in the UK

The battery killer is a depleted one in freezing weather. A regular maintenance charge throughout winter sounds a better bet. Tho' how many own a charger these days......🤔

Well I have to confess to owning 3 !!!

Two of them are in use almost permanently, one keeps the motorbike happy, one keeps my daughters horsebox topped up, and the third, a recent addition is a MAYPOLE and is used to give my battery a boost now and then during the winter months. 😀

I have one and a compressor abeit a small boot one for tyres etc

Well, old school exemptions apply of course!

I am thinking of getting a noco10 charger….I have a noco gb70, a fantastic piece of kit…I love nocos…my 70 jump started a neighbours car twice a day for 11 days straight, on one charge…the hype they give, that it can jump up to 40 vehicles on one charge is a bold statement, that has no truth in reality…none the less, I cannot fault  nocos, expensive but worth every Penny.

Go and wash your mouth out with soap this very instant !!!

If @StephenFord catches you promoting a charger that's not a Maypole, Christmas or no Christmas he'll have you excommunicated 🤣
