hi all can anyone give advice on how to start my ford fiesta 1.6 tdci. crank timing exceeded come on after changing the crank sensor. how to get car started again ive done everything disconnected battery for 15mins but still no joy.

    Use FORScan to see what the problem is.

    Very likely it's the crank sensor.

    • Wrong sensor
    • Not fully connected.
    • Damaged wiring.
    • Out of timing position.

    Tried old sensor back in still won't start it is turning over but won't fire up
