Fiesta 1.0 ecoboost error code P053F-21

I have a Fiesta 1.0 eco boost error code P053F-21 Cold start Fuel Pressure performance- Signal amplitude minimum current DTC.... 63 plate non start have replaced tank fuel pump , high pressure fuel pump, rail pressure sensor and injectors, still same no start and no other codes . any one have ideas on the next step to resolve this problem.

    Have you run any live diags on it to see what fuel pressure is showing when cranking?

    Was there any damage to the pump tappet underneath the HPFP when that was replaced?

    Yes no wear on pump tappet ... the pressure is high for about a second then drops off straight away with no start..

    Very odd. 

    I take it you can't smell any raw petrol in the engine bay?  Just wondering if one of the rail welds has a minor crack that's opening up under pressure but that's a very long shot.

    Might also be worth swapping the lift pump relay in case that's cutting out after a few seconds.

    Not sure if you can read fuel pressure on the low side of this engine?  It would be good to check if the low side drops just before the high side or not.  That way we could at least rule out one side of the system.
