1.6 tzja egr pipe clamp

Featured Replies

In need of the clamp for the egr to intake return pipe for the 1.6 tzja engine.

Lots that say they will fit but want to be sure as the tzja engine seems to have slightly different fittings than other 8 valve 1.6 diesels.

Preferably a bolt up instead of click clamp. Any link is appreciated.

Sure I've seen them advertised on ebay

Turns out the tzja doesnt have one. Just two bolts either end. Consulting with the ford official ebay to get the bits i need. They have the exploded diagrams with the parts numbers. Wish I knew where to find the whole set.

Looking at access and where bokts are, im contemplating removing the egr valve cooler and return pipe as one complete unit. It would seem its attatched via two bolts on the in side, one bolt into the back of the engine, and then the two at the top of the pipe. Can anyone confirm? And will I need a new o ring for the top of the pipe and a new gasket for the in side union?
