Boot Lock Wiring

Does anyone have wiring diagram for the boot lock? I need to know what the 4 wires are which I believe are:

White/blue

Orange

Black/yellow (I believe ground?)

Blue/Orange

 

Basically need a ground, power (which can be added if needed), and I need to know how to obtain the open/closed state whether that's one of the wires grounding or getting power or whatever 

Hope someone can help...

    White/Blue = White/Blue = Interior Lamps (boot light)

    Orange = Yellow/Orange = Tailgate Ajar warning light.

    Black/Yellow = Black/Yellow = Ground (negative earth)

    Blue/Orange = Blue/Orange = Tailgate Motor

    There is only one wire that is different.
