2011 1.4 tdci cranking problem

Hi all,  looking help with an issue I have with my 2011 1.4tdci fiesta, the engine had a catastrophic failure so had to be changed, I got my hands on a replacement took from a crashed car, swapped the engine over & swapped injectors from the old engine to try save coding them in, everything connected up again but now when trying to start it the starter only turns 2 times then power goes away from it, can repeat this all day & will not change, ignition off & retry only turns 2 times, no codes coming up, battery fully charged, getting over needed fuel pressure on the 2 turns on live reading, I'm lost with it, clueless!!  Anybody else seen this before could help a man out, many thanks in advance

    P.s the immobiliser light is doing what it should, just incase that's something you were thinking off, thanks
