Apologies, but leak off test advice needed

Searched everywhere and cant find leak off nozzles that fit.

Does anyone know where to get 1 way leak off nozzles, like the ones on the end of the leak off pipe for injector 1/4?

Is my only solution to get them 3d printed?

Or do i pull apart the pipe and just block one side of the existing nozzles?

I have a full replacement pipe..

And please don't tell me how to jerry rig something that isn't suited unless you can provide a full video explanation and demonstrate it being used on the same engine.

Measuring the leak off over 5 minutes from all four, by just putting the end of the leak off pipe in a measuring jug, at idle, it was just a creep over 100ml.

Seems normal?

Of course with no cross comparison i cant detect 1 injector from another.

Any help?

It's the individual (as you know) leak off and the difference between injectors (most of your 100 ml could be from 1 injector?) It's a matter of getting some pipe and something to join that can connect to the pipe from the individual injectors rather than using the delicate bits that connect pipe to injector - sorry if this doesn't meet your needs.

Check Amazon/e-Bay kits appear to be £24ish which, depending on your views would be a cheap way to progress even if used once (cheaper than 1/2 hr diagnostics labour)?

Alan may have some guidance that helps (Edit:  think the injectors definitely need calibrating in so the numbers will be needed):

Dont know who Alan is, and no, that doesnt help.

I shall be clear.

NO test kit, from ANY where, at ANY price, by ANY manufacturer, comes with ANY compatible nozzles for my injectors.

I need a way of connecting the pipes to the injectors.

The ONLY way i can think of doing this is to cut the pipes off the existing leak off nozzles and use them, because there are no 3rd party fittings that are compatible.

Included pictures as to what style i need.

Good luck !

Just pay for a garage to do it for you if you arent willing to jeri rig a way of doing it. There is a guy on u-tube who did it with 4 x 100ml syringes stuck into the holes. Seems a good way to me.

6mm inner clear tubing approx 1.5 meters.

4 x 100ml syringes

1 x solid coat hanger

Syringes and injectors are both 6mm

They appear to be bosch 110 series injectors, so just if the metal clips will fit.
