Hi Fellow Fordsters, After some advice please. Brought my Daughter a 2017 Mk7.5 Titanium 5dr last year, started having intermittent issue with front passenger not opening door, but always fine when I tried until recently. Now it will only open from inside, and handle doesn't seem to want to open fully. Did the Google thing to have a look and took out screw behind rubber to allow small part of outer handle to come off and then the outer handle should pull back to remove it, however it won't. Checked the other doors and the same, screwed the screw back in and still won't undo or pull out. 

I,m a time served(Ford Tractors) Agricultural Engineer of 30+ years so not afraid to have a go, but use to everything being a lot heavier or tougher so don't want to force it.

I can hear something unlock in door when I unlock, so any ideas of the issue and how to get handle off? It's not a touch one.

No.  I was expecting it be a child-lock issue until I read front door.  It sounds like the exterior release has broken either inside the latch or between the handle & latch.

The handle doesn't just pull straight out, it needs to be slid across into the hole left by the small end section.

Thanks for reply Tom,  that seems to be the issue, the handle or handles won't slide back into that gap, I took the others apart and none of them do it. Watching the videos on Internet it should just pull back, but I didn't want to get Agricultural with it
