Can I put a 2015 Zetec S bumper on my 2015 Zetec?

I love the look of the Zetec S, alas I only have the shape of the regular Zetec. I would love to know if the front bumpers, or at least the grilles, are interchangeable.

I’ve attached a picture of a red Zetec S as well as my own model if it helps.

    If just wanting to swap the grille, plenty of aftermarket stuff on EBay etc, eg:

    Quite a lot of work/expense to do the full conversion and (if your car is still otherwise standard) can look a bit odd imo. And it won't go any faster.😀
