Ford Fiesta 2020 electronical issues

I have been having problems with my ford fiesta 2020 mk 7(61000 km) since last year in november when my washing fluid pump started pumping the fluid uncontrolably while driving and then at first the fluid pumo eas changed everything worked for a week or two and it started again, as soon as i turned on the ingnition it starts and doesn't stop while wipers completely stop working, it was happening ocasionally for a day or 2 and then for a week or two it was good, i was at 2 different Ford dealerships and 2 different electricians who couldn't find whats wrong since whenever i got there everything started working again. They suggested BCM was at fault  but did not know for sure since every test they did and even checking it and picking it apart did not show anything was at fault or any signs that any moisture ever was there, since the car stoped having issues and now for 2 months everything was good i did not do anything but last week it happened again but now the main factor was my AC, whenever i turned it on it started pumping and if i turned it of it stopped, and the ac stopped blowling cold it only heatens. I went to snother electrician eith the problems he saw alot of error when he tested it such as SCCM ( Steering control column module), wiper motor module fault etc, i have some videos of how it looks when it happens which i would post below but the video is too large - i can send it if it would help, im really desperate so i hope anyone saw or had a similar issue with his car all the advices would be appreciated, thank you in advance
