Blower and demist at same time

Hi Everyone,

My '09 Fiesta with aircon previously had a fault where it wouldn't change where the blower went. I found the tiny broken piece of plastic and replaced it and it's mostly working now.

It works on demist, face blower and feet blower individually but it doesn't work on demist and face blower at the same time. It can do feet blower and demist OK.

I can't remember if it ever worked? Is it supposed to be able to direct air to both the face blowers and the demister at the same time?

If so, does anyone know what might be wrong? 

The part I replaced is still working and I can't see anything broken just by looking at it.
