Cruise control not working when lights are on.

Bit of a weird one but my 2015 fiesta 1l ecoboosts cc does not work when my lights are on and my hill start assist also seems not to be working when my lights are on aswell. This is an intermittent issue as sometimes it will work and other times not. If anyone has had the same issue please let me know or if anyone would know what the issue may be.

    The vehicles battery has a very low state of charge, and/or the alternator is not charging the battery at 13.95V or more.

    If the battery is more than 3 years old then it needs replaced.
