Broken Lever for the Slide Mechanism 2004 3 door Fiesta

Featured Replies

Hi all,

The driver's side seat has a broken lever for the slide mechanism. Not the tilt, that's fine. The seat is stuck in the furthest position away from the pedals and steering wheel, meaning I can't drive it. I want to fix it of course, do I need a whole new seat? Or can I just find the lever - does it attach to the slide on the floor? I don't know what to purchase or look for. Struggling to find anything useful on the web. Cheers

I don't know if the seat mechanism on the 2004 Fiesta was similar to this video. Perhaps it will show you how it should be connected:
