Fiesta ST - sync 3 to base screen conversion

Featured Replies

Hello,

I’m based in the states and have recently picked up a 2019 ST (mk 7.5) and love it, it’s a brilliant car.

Im not a fan of screens in cars in general and would like to know if its possible to swap the st standard 8” screen, for the base 4.2” (or even the 3.5”). I looked at EU models and noticed the infotainment systems there have similar features in a much smaller package, if it’s possible I’d grab the radio and screen from England, pop it in here and code it accordingly.

I’m not sure why the U.S. market prioritizes these types of things and severely limits options when it comes to cars, it’s incredibly annoying. Even beyond small things like this, the U.S. automotive market sucks so hard. I’d happily go into debt for a new jimny.
