I’m experiencing an issue with my 2013 Ford Fiesta 1.5 Diesel. Recently, I’ve noticed that the steering wheel buttons—particularly the volume controls—do not function initially. However, after pressing a few buttons on the radio and occasionally another button on the steering wheel, the controls start working again.

    The steering wheel switch pack needs removed and the contact pads cleaned with IPA and a cotton bud.
