    Conventional dry belt.  Maximum 8 year recommend interval so well overdue if it's never had one.

    There's no surefire way to tell it's been done just by looking.

    If there's a sticker with date and mileage on the belt cover or a receipt in the service history then that's usually how we'd know.  Though people do fake service history and stamps so still have to be cautious with that.

    This belt is one of the easier ones, rough ballpark figure of £500 at a non-Ford garage.
