    U codes are communication errors.
    I suggest you search on ford U3000:48 and look at the multiple sites describing the problem.

    To me it looks like an ABS module issue requiring a basic check on powers, grounds and CAN integrity before perhaps getting the module repaired as in:

    OR

    Depending on your location?

    Also consider Forscan and lead if you aren't using (not much history or detail which always helps)?
    If you mean you have fixed the fault and do need a specific file, ignore the above and sorry, I can't help.
