Creak on front side suspension.

Featured Replies

Hi guys got an annoying suspension creak when the car goes over ramps.

It's only on the nearside, thinking it's the rubber bushes on the anti-roll bar, changes both...Nope noise is still apparent :taz:

Garage has looked at the car, he can't visually see anything and doesn't make creaking noise when rocking the car sideways.

No broken spring.

Sway bars look ok and was changed about five years ago.

Could it be the top rubber suspension mount.

On rough roads it DOES NOT or turning left or right make the noise, only when the suspension is compressed.

Edit: Or could the seal around the chrome ram cause the creak noise,
it's makes the same noise even if I go slow over a ramp or go over quickly 👎
