Hi!! (sorry in advance if i’m using the wrong place for this)

I want to get new wheels for my mk6 fiesta but i’m stuck on wether or not i go for 15” wheels or 16” wheels. the specific wheels i want aren’t made in 16” but i’ve wanted 16” wheels because when i lower my car it’ll be the best in terms of balance between wheel size, filling the arch and not looking too small or too big (or at least that’s my thought process) 

if anyone has photos of 15” wheels on a mk6 that’d be amazing!! 

(also i hope im right in thinking 205mm tyres would sit similarly on a 15x7 to a 195mm on a 16x6.5)

I would probably recommend only fitting Ford's 16" wheels

You could put 205s on the 16s to be fair, it'll probably ride a bit better

I have a 2007 Zetec s, and have the original 16" rims with standard size tyres.  I also have a set of 15" rims with standard size, but winter tyres.  

For normal driving, I prefer the 15s, better ride. handling and NVH.

Only one reason for the smart 16s - it looks better from the outside !

16s really do fit so nicely hahah, i am wondering if it’s worth sacrificing that for the sake of handling with 15s, though i’m sure 15s don’t look bad at all

that is true, but i’m going more so for a semi track build so a smaller wheel would give me a fair few benefits in acceleration and decreased unsprung mass, also tyres tend to be cheaper is something i keep hearing everywhere hahah.
