Yes you'll need to replace the cover if you remove it, it'll never seal properly again.  By that point you might as well replace the whole belt kit.  A new cover is only £40 on its own though.

I'm not 100% sure from the info we have so far unfortunately.  I think it will probably have lost a few teeth rather than just skipped one but wouldn't recommend cranking it any further to confirm that.  Your call unfortunately.  That IPC code is still niggling in the back of my mind.

Just with the belt not sitting on each side of the pulley makes me think a little, But i just don't see how i started it and rolled like 4 second down the bank then nocked it of, thats it so i dunno how whats going on with belt, have to have a look at some pics and vids to see how far the belt sits back, Also Tom i've researched after researched and cant find anything about it

Where is that small camera looking?  Belt looks slack on that but it might just be the poor quality image.  Belt condition looks better in real life than it does on that camera as well.

Belts don't generally fill the whole pulley width so need to see both sides to work out how central they are.  But that does look ok on the real life picture.

Naa belt don't seem slack when fingers been in there, I think thats the belt guide that looks shitted up but again could be the poor quality pic, You think looking at the real life pic the belt don't look damaged enough for it to sred its teeth?

Can't always tell from the top side, it's the tooth side that shows wear first.  But no, from those pictures I'm not expecting it to have lost teeth now.  (Not guaranteeing that though lol).

Do you have more than one key ? 🤔

The PATS system is not detecting the key transponder.

Both are for the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) or as some would call it ECU

Oh okay no problem thanks, I just don't get why the fuel pump kicks in if the ecu had no power

So live data says fault with key in sw (switch) Also no power to ecu, Fuses seem ok the ones you said to check so lying in bed and been thinking about the key i have 2 keys not sure why i said i don’t 😴😴🤦‍♂️ but i just though….. when i been pressing the lock & unlock button sometimes it hasn’t been opening it’s taken 3 attempts or so, but gonna try another key and battery, if still same it’s got be the pick up ring nothing else it can be as  there is power, But noticed this little red box and red light flashes, I have asked on facebook group and people saying it’s a tracker 😂😂 (DEFO NOT) But now i’m thinking that’s the mobiliser box, Nothing coming up on dash saying mobiliser locked or faulty

That's not a Ford part.  It could be a tracker.  It could be an insurance box.  It could be aftermarket immobiliser.  If you can get any branding or part numbers from it that would be ideal.

.....and I DEFO think it very likely is. I've fitted enough trackers in my time, most are black but some have been red and some blue.

I think it's probably time for you to get a good Auto-Electrician to take a look and do some diagnostics.

Tried new key transponder still not firing up, Looked at the abs fuses as abs works with bcm still nothing and checked every single fuse in bcm still nothing! Time to send it of to auto electrician monday 🤦

Took the van to an Auto electrician and come back everything is ok with electrics, but my question to him was why am i getting “engine immob lock “ & “key in switch” Fault? He says he checked on his stuff and everything is ok he uses fdrs and other stuff…… He says it’s going be timing out on belt so give it a check, But i thought would this show a fault code on diagnostics?
