beedee Posted November 16, 2010 Share Posted November 16, 2010 i was getting exhaust fumes in the car, more noticable when it was stationary and ticking over, thinking i had a bust exhaust i took it to my trusted mechanic who has diagnosed a leak of exhaust comming from a seal in the waste gate in the turbo. In all his years he has never seen this before. It doesn't seem to affect the performance but the fumes in the car are excessive when at a stop, but they obviously get dispersed when the car is moving at a reasonable pace.
