Does any1 no wr I can get manual 4 my car radio. just bought and no manuals at all with it and radio not working. Sick of searching internet!! Ta x

    the security tab was missing - got a new 1 and fitted that - was told thats al it needed but cudnt c it as no lite cumin on on radio an stil not - help xx

    Lets start with the basics.

    Is the radio's wiring harnesses fully plugged in? Can work loose.

    Could the fuse have blown? The radio uses fuse 26 on pre 2000 Ka's and 35 on post 2000. However these are located on the rear of the fusebox; to get to them you would need to remove the fuse box cover flap on the right hand side of the drivers steering column, undo and remove the two securing screws holding the fusebox up and squeeze the retaining tabs in to lower it down. To make things simple and save me explaining which fuse it is, check them all one by one (it should be a red fuse if that helps - 10A).

    Does anything appear on the radio? Is a message shown, anything at all? if you turn your lights on does the radio illuminate.

    Ta 4 that answr - only just looked on here agn now. Have got radio out and 1 of the wires was loose so attached an now need code.
