Hi everyone,

Just wanted to drop a line and say hello, and introduce myself.

I'm Dave from north-west England, not a Ford owner (yet) but am looking to change my car soon and have my eye on a few Mk2 Focus diesel estates.

I always find it's great to join the owners forum and get friendly advice and tips, membership is often worth it's weight in gold!

Interests are cars and F1, although as I'm now in my late 30's my driving priorities have changed from maximum MPH to maximum MPG.

Anyway, Hi and thanks in advance for any advice.

p.s. I used to co-own a Capri 2.0 which was slowly being modified into a track car (hot cam, Webers etc) but that sadly went to the great scrapyard in the sky last year. :-(

    Capri are a beautiful car id rather a capri to anything else on the road to be honest,
