hello new on here, my dads got a 1.6 16v fiesta ghia 05 plate 9.000 miles on clock :o any way its doors are dilling with water as i notices a sloshing noice when i drove it and i have sourced the problem due to the door filling with water when it rains,

help very appriciated

    Im no mechanic but im sure you could just drill a hole in the bottom of the door, let it drain and then patch the hole with filler and give it a rub down, not like its gna be seen and if ur fussy buy a tin of paint and touch it up.

    As for stopping it happening have you checked all the rubbers and seals?

    there should be drain holes in the bottom of the door, look to see if they are blocked.

    its nothing to worry about . mine does it aswell

    when you open your door it should drain out of the bottom

    just make sure it does otherwise you will end up with a bad rust problem

    Get a gun and shoot a hole out for the water to run through... Worked on Top Gear!
