Fiesta mkIV LX - no warning sound when lights left on

Featured Replies

Morning all, first post.

Just picked up a P reg Fiesta for £425 as a runabout. It's a great wee car but I'm not exactly bowled over by the extent of the 'LX' spec! I can live without the "low fuel" warning light & central locking but realised this morning that there is no buzzer/beeper that sounds when I open the door with my lights left on. I reckon it is only a matter of time before I forget to switch them off, does anybody know what the part number is for the beeper that I presume is on the higher spec models, and if it is simple enough to wire one in?

Cheers,

Tom
