Delivered 2nd March as arranged, averaged 60mpg over 100 miles first day, and trip meter resets when you want it to :)

Thanks :) The dealer, SMC in Uxbridge, has been excellent. Ordered it in January & was quoted 12 weeks to wait. He called to say when it was gonna be built, and when it was gonna be delivered to them, and I got it on the day arranged back in January!!

Also gave me a spare owners handbook in February to learn all the gadgets.

Voice control is annoying. Works perfectly when you're on your own, makes you look an idiot when you demonstrate it to the wife :)

Cant wait till I get my one to play in tomorrow!

Your extremely lucky! A lot of us had had bad experience. My car is 3 weeks late, and still no signs of it!

Looks lovely in Morello. Only the second time I've seen one in that colour, the first was at the dealers when we changed our minds from Magenta to Morello. Can't wait for ours now, counting the days waiting for a call.

It's darker than I thought it would be but it's a good strong colour.

I agree because you can't tar every dealer with the same brush.

Slightly unfair of you to say you'll never buy another Ford as I guess it's based on the poor service you've received this time but it's your opinion as a paying customer that counts.

I love Ford as a car, but as a company im not so sure im afraid!

First time ive seen that colour and i must say it looks fantastic. id say better than the hot magenta IMHO

Not sure about the cheap looking blanking plug to cover where the ignition was.

But a lovely car and i hope you enjoy it and have no problems with it. keep us posted on your MPG

As for the voice control its a doddle once you get used to it and works a charm, as long as you have a very good compatalbe phone.

I saw a Sea Grey one last week near Wetherby and it looked pretty classy.

Now that is a nice looking car! Jealous Much!!!

Sorry guys, still prefer my gorgeous hot magenta.

However, Morello and Squeeze are both strong vibrant colours and, if they were to bring out an St or RS in the future, I might be tempted to have a different outrageous colour............ ;)
