What's It Worth? Spares Or Repair

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

Anyone know what my 2005 (55) plate mondeo LX 130 is worth. 190,000 needs a new clutch dmf.

Is it worth more than scrap value?

Thanks

is the car mechanically sound apart from the clutch?

Mot advisory was for rear bushes , a bit noisy apart from that it's always driven well.

I'd say probably £3000ish, bit more once the works been done to it.

Three grand with that mileage and condition?!

For what's virtually a non-runner with nearly 200,000 on it and needing some very expensive repair work, I wouldn't be happy paying more than about £1800 if I was going to fix it up.
