Engine Rattling/ Shaking When Ac Turned On

Hi,

My ford mondeo 2005 MK2 engine shakes when i turned on the AC and does not when off.

Spark plugs was changed with new original ones. Can anyone please advice what is causing this problem?

    2005 would be a Mk3 Facelift, not Mk2.

    Shaking as in "physically shaking"? Or rattling? Probably just the aircon compressor being a bit noisy. I assume the aircon works?

    First of all welcome to the Forum.

    It sounds like you have a voltage drop causing the car to lose revs, maybe you need to get your alternator or battery checked for servicability.
