Phonebook Changes Via Bluetooth

Sorry if this has been covered. Just purchased a 2012 Mondeo Titanium. Managed to link my mobile (HTC Wildfire S) to the sony audio via bluetooth. The rep demonstrated it and it obviously downloaded part of my phonebook - just a few entries that were stored on the phone and not on the SIM card. I have now moved all of my entries to the phone memory but am having trouble in re downloading the phonebook.

I have tried deleting the phone from the car device and re pairing but it does not seem to download the new phonebook from the phone. Any ideas please? As some members have noted the 'STORE NAME' function does not seem to work.
