last week my power fold mirror on the pasenger side began the old click n mix when you locked the car ,phoned the MFD spoke to the woman who runs the service dept, and she ordered a new one for me straight away,took the car in this morning at 10 am and they replaced it whilst I waited ,also checked out the suspension springs that break(earlier post on this forum) said my ones were ok and did a health check on the car, had the car back in 30 minutes, I know its a new car and under warrenty, but the service was brilliant as it was with my EX Mondeo,The mechanics come and talk to to you and tell you whats going on, such a friendly lot all on first name terms as well ...so thank you guys for the info I have gleaned being a member of this great forum helps a girl when she it talking to guys about cars
