Damaged window seal

Featured Replies

I just noticed yesterday, our passenger's back door window seal is damaged at the top left hand corner, bit of the rubber is tucked up inside somehow :( when you wind down the window, it's really hard to roll it back up again, feels like the handle is gonna snap off! :o

The car will be due for the courtesy check in a bit, so I was kind of swithering whether to take it now to get it seen to or wait? I was thinking if I waited, they could turn around and say it's been done by one of us :( which it hasn't! As the back windows haven't been opened since we got it, apart from yesterday..

What would you guys do on the board, go now? or wait? I'm thinking go now and demand it fixed, lol, then it's probably gonna take them a full day fix it, and I'll be car-less :( lol.

don't wait, call them and ask them politely to log it as a fault.
