hi everyone can anyone tell me where the fusebox in a mondeo mk3 (2001) please cheers rob

    The internal fuse box is behind the glove box. You may be able to drop it down or you could take the glovebox out to get at it. There is another fuse box in the engine bay.

    There is a procedure to dropping the glovebox, and it's a right faff if you don't know about it.

    At the back-left corner, at the top, there is a riser rod which clips into the side of the glovebox - this is what makes the glovebox open slowly. You need to feel up inside the glovebox and push the clip out to detach the glovebox from the top of the rod. After that you can squeeze the sides in and pull the glovebox down, then just pull it toward the passenger seat to remove it from the hinges (it just clips on).

    Also, you might have an aux input for the stereo in there - if so be careful not to break the wires if you do remove the glovebox completely.
