Whining Noise At Low Speeds Whilst Turning Wheel

Hi everyone I have 57 titanium x and sometimes when parking it makes a whining sound seems to be in sync with revs at low speeds doesn't happen eny other time I thought it could be something to do with the steering as I it is fine when turning down side street or something a think its just when it's non full lock has eny one else had this problem?? Car is still under warrenty as I bought it off a Honda dealer noise I abit temperamental the only other noise I have to compare it to is like a clutch thrust bearing eny ideas??? Thanks

    if the noise is only there on full lock and then goes away when the steering is turned off full lock, this is normal as its the power steering pump pressure in the system.
