I need to think about replacing all the bushes and possibly the suspension on my MK1 soon.

Are these parts still available from ford or am i better off shopping around.

Any recommendations on suppliers etc.

All help appreciated.

Cheers.

Id say shop around. ford is over priced and sell standard parts.

places like ebay will supply better quality poly bushes for a fraction of the price of fords rubber ones, also you can find better suspension (springs, shockers) by looking about too.

As for who to buy off, everyone will have their own preferences. Looking online will give you loads of options, but it may also be worth looking localy at places like motorfactors or car mod shops so you can see exactly what your getting.

Are you looking at doing the work yourself or getting the parts fitted by a garage?
