Glove Box Removal 2002 Ka

Help! my daughter has just bought a 2002 Ka with a broken sliding door style glove box. We have managed to get a spare one but it appears to come out from below the dashboard, however the 3 screws that secure the box at the back are screwed downwards from above behind the dashboard and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to remove them. Any ideas please?

    Hi did you manage to find a  solution to this as I have the same problem,

    I managed to get a donner car so I cut the dash board to remove the good glove box but I won't be able to do that with my wife's car .
