Where could I get an SD Card for the Sat Nav in a 2011 Ford Focus. I have just purchased one and the SD card is not with the Car.

    Definitely don't ask Ford.

    They charge big money for them.

    Your best bet is ebay, just be sure it's an original card.

    Have seen on ebay. Western Europe is mentioned on one in particular would this include Ireland & UK also does anyone know, I am afraid I am not technical, Thick maybe!

    I bought a 2011 focus in August and when I picked the car up, the sd card was missing! The dealers couldn't find it. They did in the end find a card but it didn't work. it took a little time to get a card that worked from the dealer. They had to contact ford with the serial number of the unit before they got a card that worked.

    I would go back to were you bought the car and ask them if they have the card.

    It seems to me that not all cards are compatible (well not in my case)

    If its a Mk2.5 with the FX system (Non Touch Screen) Its the blue 2010 Western Europe and Turkey SD Card that you need.
