    It will swap over but you need to change the rear fog and reverse light connectors as they have different bulb holders.

    Actually just getting the parts together to do this modification myself.

    Just to show you the differences in the holders between the MK2 and Mk2.5 (you will need to source a pair of sockets, one for the fog and one for the reverse)-

    I just checked listings for the Guy I got my wiring from and no more are currently showing up.

    If you contact him or search for listings of 2008-2011 cars being broken for parts you may be able to get some-
