Bluetooth Phone Problem

Ok guys, bit of a weird one for ya. Phone has been working fine with the cars Bluetooth, it's paired to ford audio, symbol is lit on the car radio. Made a call today, the music went off as it should, switched to the phone screen, showing the number it was calling, but I'm getting no sound through ? If I switchthe phone to it's internal speaker, all is good, but can't hear anything through hands free, it's baffling my head now,,,, it's dialing, it's connecting the call, but just not letting me hear through the speakers,,,,, anyone have any ideas, cheers, Mike.

    Cheers guys, reset the unit, bit made no difference. So turned my phone off & on again, and hey presto it's working again. Modern technology eh lol. Thanks for your input. Mike.
