Flexy Posted March 14, 2014 Share Posted March 14, 2014 Hi i have currently purchased a ford focus 1.8 tdci 54 plate. the car in gerneral is in good working order however i have a cold engine starting problem!!! can anybody give me any advice on what this could be? i have changed glow plugs and got the battery checked but that did not eliminate the problem :( it takes roughly 5 - 10 seconds to start, but once it has been running it starts and stops with no problems, the problem occurs when the car has been parked up for 5 plus hours Thanks in advance Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
