2009 Fiesta Bluetooth/aux/controls Issue's

Hi,

Sorry if this topic has been covered elsewhere, I am in need of help !

I have a 2009 ford fiesta fitted with bluetooth and aux but they do not
work ! Cant seem to switch bluetooth on from the menu and when phone
button is pressed, it switches to mute. Control button on indicator
stalk does not give any response and lastly there is nothing from the
aux socket ! When aux button is pressed there is no response.

I have done the reset - take out the bluetooth module etc - still no luck !

I would really appreciate it if someone could shed some light on this
issue as this is a nightmare ! Once again sorry if this topic has
already been covered elsewhere !
