Radio station names garbled

When using the voice control to tune into radio stations, the radio station name on the display is all garbled. If i choose a station on the dash the name appears normal. Anyone having the same issues?

    RADIO

    TUNE NAME

    (Say Name of station e.g. Radio 1)

    The station has to be stored first using the STORE NAME command so the computer recognises it.
