    I have just finished changing the front 4 speakers from the standard 25W ones to 20W Blue ones from an ST3. (Really should have noted part numbers before fitting!) Wow! What an improvement! The old ones would sound awful over volume 20, these do not distort even past this level, clear quality sound :)

    I won them on eBay for £31 delivered, seller also had rears but I didn't go for them. Door speakers are riveted, but I've removed mine before and used bolts. Tweeters pop out.

    Ah, it looks like if anything other than the bog standard one was spec'd then you got updated speakers? As I've seen ST models with the rubbish ones as they had normal head unit.

    i know its a oem unit, with brilliant sound quality matched up by the speakers and tweeters, the only thing i had to do was to add a sub for the lower bass drop, these are very bassey are there own, and the nav actually works lol, as it wasnt fitted by ford without the gps reciever haha....
