Interior Light Problem

Ok guys took the cover off of my interior light to change it to led and found when I put it back together it only lets me have the light on constantly or not at all. It doesn't go on when doors open then go off when closed what could of gone wrong

    Sounds like the little 3 position switch might be bent and need adjusting.
