    It's on an SD card dude. You can buy the. Separately, unsure where the slot is though but they left the packet it comes in, in the glove box.

    Yeah i have the sd card it slots in just above the screen

    It'll probably be a new card if bought, or plug it into pc and download the same file format and it should work, or transfer one onto another SD card and try that first, saves wiping what you have.

    they are updated once a year from what i can gather

    just search Ford (insert what version you want) sd card update, few diff sellers
