Radio 6000CD

Featured Replies

Hi Guys my car has the 6000CD Radio with the AUX button but no connection for the MP3 so I have some questions

1. Is it a jack plug or USB in?

3. Is volume controlled from the head unit or device??

2. Where dose the plug go? I’ve heard of 2 different places, near the gear stick centre console or in the glovebox, is this right?

3. We hope to DIY fit this can it be that difficult?

Thanks, :)

1. It is a 3.5mm jack plug

2. The volume can be controlled from BOTH the headunit and the device

3. In the mk6 fiesta the plug is located to the left of the 12V socket near the gearstick, although you couyld locate it in the glovebox if you want.

4. It should be an easy DIY job

hope this helps!
