My wife's 2009 ka has a problem with the heater controls,the position & air vent switch has no lights & the heat & on/off switch is temperamental in they go on & off when you turn the dials I think it's a lose connection somewhere but how do I get to the bulbs to sort out the problem

I cannot figure out to take it apart

Any help would be grateful
