Problem Getting Alloys For My Ka

Featured Replies

hi all can anyone please help me out here im trying to get alloys for my 2012 ka and i seem to be having a right nightmare.

first of all ive had three diff alloys tried to be fitt tsw venom and cant remember the name of the others ,problem im having is i can get 1 on the front passenger side and cant seem to get the rest on am i just being blonde or is there something im doing wrong. I would love alloys on my car but just dont know how to get the right ones.

ive been told by one person i can only have fIat 500 wheels surely that cant be right ? so i look forward to hearing from anyone as to what i can do thanks. :)

why does the passenger one go on and not the others?

Theres no reason I can think it should fail to work!

as said if the passengers one fits the others should fit , strange one this

alot of aftermarket wheels dont have the recess needed for the brake disc/drum retaining bolts that stick out on the ka, ford alloys have the recess in 1 place on rear of alloy wheel so will fit in 1 postion and not in another, thats probably what your issue is if 1 wheel fits and others seem not to, look on inside of wheel and you will see that i mean

iantt is on the right track as i seem to remember a friend having similar problem with a set of wheel

on his galaxy some years ago. its also about the toe in on the wheel and the camber set i think.

bet to goto a scrapyard for a set of genuine ka alloys or a online scrap yard as they will be a proper fit
