Thanks Martin

Was just wondering if anyone used any particular make - have a europarts close by so will probably use them.

Usually Castrol or genuine Ford oil (supplied by Castrol) would be my preference. Also NGK or genuine plugs. Had a few sets of plugs now that have caused misfire but either of these have been fine for me.

Thanks Stef

I run another car and find its very "picky" on what service parts are used so its handy to know what other people use.

the mk1 ka i use the qx oil 5w30 £20.00 for 5l & ngk or bosch plugs. the bosch super plugs are about £3.50 each but a good plug.

if doing an oil change dont forget the oil filter
