Coolant Leak. Help!

Featured Replies

I have to fill the engine coolant up every 3 weeks. I've checked for cracks etc but can't find anything. What's the next step? I have a mk6 fiesta st150

Do you get any drips under the car, or find any residue under the bonnet?

I would also check the pressure cap on the reservoir, as I know these can fail.

Not that I've noticed but as its not a major leak I would probably never see. The pressure cap seems okay

Have a look around the water pump pulley for water marks, if it only leaks when the engines hot the water boils off and there are no tell-tale drips.

Any pinkish looking crust around pipes/connections?
