Had our Focus for around 4 weeks now and covered a measly 1800 miles and on three occasions whilst travelling I had noticed part of the trim on the rear passenger door kept lifting up despite being pushed back into place by myself it simply would not sit right. Rang them last week and today it got fitted without any hassle or questions. Having never used the warranty option before on any previous car I 've had I wasnt sure what to expect but they even hoovered the car and washed it whilst I sat and had a coffee :)

Wouldn't touch any Evans halshaw with a barge pole certainly wouldn't let them near my car that's from experience
